Introducing Foundress

Who are we are is the eternal question for which there is really no particular answer. We are not what we do, we are not the body we inhabit, nor the thoughts that we think. For what we ‘do’ today may change tomorrow, our physicality and behaviours change daily and what we think changes based on what we have since experienced and learnt.

My constant themes however are more definable with lifelong interests in philosophy, journalling, reading and the esoteric arts of astrology, numerology, phenomenology, etc. In recent years as I have become clearer about who I am, my focus has been drawn to spirituality (trust in the universe), mythology, writing, conversation and healing. Looking back, I now see that the essential yearning that has underpinned all of my interests has been my desire to know myself. Thus, it is not a coincidence that this is the work I now find myself engaging with.
